Paper Roses are all over Etsy, going for between $6-$9 a rose and a bouquet is between $60-$100, much comparable to fresh flowers. Traditionally, paper roses are made from romance novels, but if you truly want Harry Potter, I'm sure you could get someone to do it.
I'm thinking that I may make origami ones myself. I've got a year so a few a month.
Sometimes I wonder if people selling things on etsy really get as much as they list the items for. I can't imagine paying $9 for a rose - even knowing how much time it takes to make them.
